All of our products are hand-made using new and upcycled charms and trinkets. We also use a variety of metals, beads, and gemstones.

Each piece is custom and made-order just for you. No two pieces are exactly the same and that is the beauty of our brand. We take pride in making every woman feel chic, unique and stylish!

Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and or shipped, unless approved by the owner for valid reasons.

A store credit is available when applicable.

Custom Order Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

*SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Saturdays and Sundays are excluded)

**SPECIAL SHIPPING TIMES

Our Signature Junk Jewel and other custom pieces are custom and made to order. Depending on the complexity of the item and or materials needed, please expect extended shipping times up to 28  business days. Our goal is to give you high quality jewels. 

You will receive an email notification if your order is further delayed for any reason. You item may arrive sooner than this allotted time. Thank you for your patience. 

**MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

*Eccentric Bijouterie is not responsible for missing packages due to missing information on orders (i.e. Mailing address, city, state, zip, apt numbers, etc.,). These items cannot be replaced but can be re-ordered. 

*Eccentric Bijouterie is not responsible for lost or missing packages that are the result of errors by the USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers are available by email once your order is placed. (In these matters, contact us and we will do our best to assist you in tracking the package as expeditiously as possible.)

*CUSTOM ORDERS:

We do accept custom orders. 

*There is a non-refundable deposit required for all custom orders. You will be You will be invoiced by email with the deposit amount which is based on the total cost of materials, supplies and expected labor.

*No order is processed until the deposit is received.

*The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total cost. All charges over the deposit amount will be billed to you before the item is shipped. Shipping and tax fees will be applied.

*Invoices not paid in full within 1-3 days, go into our inventory for sale.
