Frequently Asked Questions

Standard Processing Time: 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

All custom orders can be placed by emailing eccentricbijouterie@gmail.com

There is a $25 non-refundable deposit required for all custom orders. You will be invoiced for the deposit. Production of order is started after deposit is received.

The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total cost. All charges over the deposit amount will be billed to you before the item is shipped. Shipping and tax fees will be applied.

Orders not paid in full within 5 days of final invoice will be cancelled. If your order is cancelled, you lose your deposit and must resubmit your custom order.

Once order has been started, no changes will be allowed.

Due to the nature of our products being hand crafted, all sales are final. Should you have an issue with your item upon receiving it you will need to contact us within 3 days of the package being delivered and we will assist you as needed. No refunds are given, only store credit.

Eccentric Bijouterie will email you a confirmation email and tracking information once your order is shipped. Most orders are shipped via USPS and can be tracked via their website. 

All orders in the continental USA ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground unless the Next Day shipping option was chosen at checkout for an additional fee.

Here's what you can expect from the exclusive collection 

• T. Janeene Signature pieces are e xclusive designs that  are limited to only 1 item/pair made and sold.
• Once sold out, these items are retired due to limited and sold-out supplies. (So, grab them while you can because once they are gone, they are gone.) 
• We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds on T. Janeene Signature pieces.
• If you have any manufacturing issues with your purchased piece within 24 hours of receiving it, please contact us at eccentricbijouterie@gmail.com
